Ale found herself walking in the Communal Zone with a newspaper in hand. A few ads had red circles on them and some were crossed out, apartments for rent, in her price range. And yeah, some were cheap and were probably dives, but she didn’t care. Security and privacy were more important to her than aesthetics right now. Maybe later, when she was more settled within the Domain she would move to some place nicer.

The search had been frustrating to say the least, and she was down to the last ad. As she walks up to the door, she checks out the area. It wasn’t much to look at, a little run down, but was in the allowed zone. An elder lady answered the door, and advised Ale that the space for rent was a unit that had been built in the basement. It had been for her son, but he had since married and moved on. It was clean enough, the rooms were small, but she didn’t have much anyways. Turns out the lady was charmed not only by Ales Italian accent, but loved the fact that she was attending University and working nights to pay her way. The lady was sweet enough, and she was soon given the key after providing payment.

There was a wide smile on her face as she left, planning to move in the next night. But now, her Beast not so gently reminded her it was hungry.

She didn’t have to walk far before she came upon a guy walking towards her. A sly smile appears as she stops and waits for him.

“Mi scusi,” she says to him when he was close enough. Whether it was the Italian she spoke, or that he was a nice guy didn't matter because he stopped. Playing the lost tourist was easy, and before long he was walking with her towards a bus stop.

At this time of the night, it was deserted, and he was sweet enough to wait with her. Sliding her body closer to him, she reached up and gently kissed him, testing the waters. Lucky for her, unlucky for him, he responded and soon enough they looked like two young adults making out on a bench.

As he slumped in her arms, she carefully closed the wounds and laid him down. A quick kiss on the cheek, "Grazie.” She whispered in his ear before walking off down the street.
