In a private room inside of the Bismark Arthur sits at the head of a table. Wand on the table he spins it idly in place with a finger.

Faye had been to the Bismark before, but never been to the private rooms. She arrives when she is supposed to, and knocks before entering the room.
Blue eyes settle on Arthur, at the head of the table, with his wand. A war smile appears as she makes her way to the table. She was dressed casually, a leather skirt with a striped shirt. Her long hair was left down.
Hey! Thanks for securing the location. She says as she pulls out a chair, Howve you been? she asks as she removes her coat.
Mace followed her cabal-mate into the room. She gave Arthur a once-over as she saw him there, seeing him for the first time. A small smile flickered over her lips as she noticed the lack of a bruise on his forehead. "Nice to meet you formally, Arthur," she said extending a hand. "I'm Mace."

Pepper isn't sure whether she's surprised or not that the Bismark actually has a private room off the bar. She decides, as she follows the other two ladies of Panthera Nox, to be glad regardless. "hey Arthur. Thanks for helping us with this."

"Just trying to help." Arthur replies to Faye with a small smile. "I'm enjoying Sacramento quite a bit." He leans back in his chair. Not bad.
His hand extends before the name clicks as Mace extends her own. "Ah" Yep surprise all over his face pushed into a quite laugh. "Nice to meet you in person." He straightens up when Pepper enters the room. Boss and all.
"Just trying to help around town. Want to pull my weight and all." It's followed by a small shrug. If there's one thing he'd learned back home it was that you have to throw in to get out.

A friendly smile was offered to her Cabal Mates as they entered.
She leans back in her chair, "So what are we scheming on?" she asks with a mischievous smile.

"Follow up on Dr. Israels, Dr. Jake Johnson, and Peter Dick, the names we flagged for further peeking into at that Gala. We asked Arthur to help with that, since he's got more contacts than we do. Plus, you know, if they are Banishers, how do we destabilize them? What do we need to do to weaken their positions and make taking that organization down easier."

"My associates are taking some time. It's still a friend of a friend thing right now. I'm working on them personally." The Theurgist grimaces as he speaks. A hand wave.
"Ok, anywho. Was it not possible to get a good look at the..targets? persons?" Ladder, Ladder, Arrow? Arthur looks at Mace then back to the table as a whole.
"So two professors and a student? I'm assuming that that's the tip of the iceberg?"
"Not safely," Mace admitted. "If they're banishers, they would have been able to sense our scrutiny, so we ... well we were being very cautious." she said. "I'd be surprised if that wasn't the tip of the iceberg," she added, a bit of a wince to her tone. "They've been slowly building for months, I'm sure they've got several recruiting directions. This is just our starting point."

She listens, trying to work it out in her mind.
So if they can sense our scrutiny, we have to go about it another way. Is there any chance to get someone on the inside, so to speak? Maybe one of us can approach one of them, perhaps the student, and see if they can gather some information that way? this was her first time trying to get close to Banishers, so she was prob pulling at straws.
