I need a drink, something strong and bitter. Idun thinks as people spoke in anger, particularly after Animus has spoken. She did notice that Miach moving tables, making her wonder what brought that on.
She gets up, it's rather confusing if she's still considered a Councilor but then, she feels the need to do something. Idun decides to ask, "Am I obligated to stay or should I leave as well?"

Bishop shrugged.

A smile creased his features. There was a certain freedom in the thought and elation in it too.
He moved from his table over to the door and made sure, the magi of Sacramento left the building in peace. But his presence at the door was now merely physical. In thought and mind, he was elsewhere, making plans, lists and making out details on how to pass the next two days until he would venture north again.
Back home.
Bishop will wait at the door until the last mage has left and then he will switch off the lights.

The evening was ending in a chaotic mess like few Miach had known, and that was saying something. To sum it up, he had managed to talk with his Councilor, who turned out to be very much a hardliner, and failed to talk with Jonokuchi - who was leaving - nor Gyges - who had made a real target of himself. And his friend Idun may very much need his help...
It was the least he could do. Leaving the Independant table, the doctor walked to her "Hey Idun, how you doing ? I can help ?" shall we talk ?

Emrys held his cellphone as the the meeting began to disband. Disapproving dad indeed.
The thing slid into his pocket as he made his way out of Concilium. Hostile takeovers of the Concilium and stealing of all the Council seats? Okay. Cellphones? Put that shit away. All the Enchanter could do was silently roll his eyes as he made his way out of the building. Thank goodness they had a Council to maintain order and protect the people, even if they don't seem able to function with each other much less others.
Emrys exits the scene.
Crowley exhales.
Stubborn to the last, he stays seated till he has scoffed the remains on his plate. This is what you get when you stop the Herald getting to his food, people...
Slowly, he rises, hand rubbing at his temple. He turns, barely bothering to spare the Council a backward glance - the only exceptions being Star and the Hierarch himself - and makes his way to the exit. By the time he is out the door he is fumbling for a cigarette.

Awwww, man.
There's this collective sigh of disappointment when the teachers break up a cafeteria fight. That was the faint echo that came with the Hierarch's pronouncement. Pretty sure no Councilor had ever been called out like Avis called out Nous. Straight Outta Compton, yo.
And, seriously? How did Mace not know what Sentinels did? Or was it just some sort of bizarre way to back Nous' play?
This Counsilium? Well. Warren G said it best.
Regulators... Mount Up.
Yeah. Okay. So, actually, Charlie Sheen said it best, but, whatever. Bluish eyes watched people begin to filter out, every now and then an eyebrow twisting into a deer-in-the-headlight-ish look when a departing gaze lingered.

As people began to leave Striker simply sat in his chair brooding. Finally he looked to the Concillors table, stood and took a few quick steps in their direction then stopped suddenly seeming to be considering something.
He shook his head quickly, turned and made for the door in his usual fast paced strides.
Striker leaves.
Anger warred with another emotion as the Hierarch intervened and Asp called her out. Shame. She was ashamed. Of how this went, of what she had said. She had lost herself in her anger and wasn't thinking clearly. And now she'd have to clean up the mess they'd all made. She held onto her anger, trying to shove the shame into the background. She could have a break down later. Once she was alone. But first, they would have to have a very clear discussion of where everything had gone wrong.
So she waited, and stewed in silence, wondering just what the Hierarch was going to say to them.
