(House of Cards) Judgment

[Idun]

Idun follows the others into another room, she is glad that they can get some time to gather themselves and maybe conduct interviews with those being accused. Who's bright idea was it to call for Judgement when we were barely standing together as a Council? Fuck, I barely know any of the others and now we're just suppose to function as a well oiled machine? That sure as hell didn't work now did it? She thinks as she picks a seat to sit down.

"It sure didn't help that we had been just gathered up on stage just minutes before when someone thought we were capable of rendering Judgement right before the whole Consilium as if we've been working beside each other on the Council for longer then just a few minutes." Idun pipes in. "Fuck, I don't even recall getting the chance to speak with you before now." She remarks, glancing over to Ermac.

[Avis]

Before entering the room which become the first Court of the new Sacramento Consilium, Avis invited both of the accused ( Weavebreaker Teeramus ), those who would, in future, apprehend the accused (@Animus Jonokuchi ), and the accusers ( Star Pepper ) to come into the room. If they were going to do this, all of those people needed to be present. Let those on trial have a voice, and let those charged with upholding the law get to see it's final stage. The accusers, well, they were obvious. They needed to be there because they were the voices for those victimized who could not speak.

She didn't even consider whether or not the other Councilors would have a problem with it. Maybe she should have, but it couldn't be changed now.

"Councilors," Avis said with a nod as she came through the doorway and then found a seat. "Oh, uh, and Sentinel," she added, nodding to Asp. "Are we all ready to get started again?"

[Pepper]

Pepper followed Avis in, the corners of her mouth and eyes tight as she glanced back to the white-haired man who'd initially interrupted. Then she gave a nod to Avis. "Thanks for inviting me in, Councilor."

She took a seat in the corner, her part was largely done as it was, but observing the proceedings would be good too.

[Teeramus]

Striker followed Avis, a serious look on his face, sparing a quick glare for Star as he passed him. He had no idea why the other mage would bring up something that had already been settled, but he wouldn't put it past him to have Reasons. Damn politics. Can't bloody stay out of it.

Entering the room, he moved to the side and leant against the wall, watching the mages assembling and trying to get a feel for those of them he didn't know. He figured the counsellors would still be sorting themselves out and hoped the Hierarch would show as well. Aquinas is the only one who really knows what's goin' on. At least Asp is here.

[Weavebreaker]

Weavebreaker followed Avis in and stood fast, attentive to instructions the Council may issue. She did not really know what to expect, but at this point she could only worry about the things she could change...and the past wasn't in that sphere. The future, though...

El Mastigo Councilero ( Avis ) got a Serious Nod, maybe a congratulatory wink but maybe that was just Something In His Eye, and there was at least one forlorn skrittttch of loafers sliding across the floor as he filed in to the PTA Meeting. Did someone glare? If they had, he'd Totally Missed It. Because if he'd seen it, he'd have thrown out a Buddy Christ.

"You go, girl," he murmured quietly as he passed Weavebreaker . First Obrimos meeting, now Consilium? Righteous Angel, yo. A down low fist bump was offered to the New!Sentinel. That probably made Asp happier than the invention of Coke Zero.

So Charlie Brown. Wah-wah-wah-wah.

But, maybe not. It'd be kind of interesting to see how the new Student Council worked out. What was it Zoey would say? Herding. Cats.

[Jonokuchi]

A tap of the staff upon the ground with each step as Jonokuchi followed behind Star, the ever-present stoic look of someone who done their duty first and built friendships second. The fact that two accused were his cabal made him even more determined. With Leo absent, the Archangels needed a leader, someone to keep them on the right path.

They were supposed to be helping the Consilium, not exposing it.

Stepping just inside the door, the large Mastigos took up position next to the entrance, watching the matter proceed.
