Party!

Beverely stands in the lobby of the Avalon nightclub, smiling warmly, despite the case of nerves she has churning inside her. This would hopefully be a very good thing for the city's Willworkers, a chance to relax, unwind and socialize, but it had been a very long time since she'd thrown a party, and never one of this size.

The whole nightclub party was booked out for the evening, in the name of the Glade Corpation, which would hopefully be a minor subterfuge to lessen the risk of attack, though Beverely had suggested a few sentinels be posted around the area, to try and spot any signs of troubles.

Cough.

Not being experienced with security, she'd left the maain details in Arnold's hands. Glancing around and seeing no one there yet, she suddenly realised something, smiled at the thought, and took out her phone, sending a text message.

The club is not booked out. Beverely can have the 'top' half of the ground floor, or the upper level... if Premsyl OK's it.
You can't take liberties when another PC has the decision making power. Arnold Culler manages Avalon.

West had arrived early, and mingled --as best he mingled-- as he watched portions of the club being cordoned off with velvet ropes for the Pentacle. He wore a new suit, although he had somehow managed to wrinkle it.

The tie -- the tie was a change, too, and it had to go.

He made several slow circuits through the club, both to let himself be seen by whoever he was supposed to meet, as well as to memorize the layout and potential obstacles. He wore the Adamantine Arrow on his lapel, as he had said he would, and watched to see who he would meet.

Will they send the same two women as before?

Animus enters the lobby, and, seeing that few of the guests seem to have arrived yet, walks up to Beverly. "Based on responses, we should have a sizeable turnout."

[Twist]

Twist eyed the front of Avalon from a shadow across the street, a very small frown on her face. She was not looking forward to going into the building...at all. Exhaling she rolled her shoulders and subtly checked her hidden knives. She knew Arnold owned the building and that was some relief but it was nonetheless not a good idea to meddle with Mages. Even she knew that.

But at least she wouldn't be going alone. Moving her gaze away from the building she scanned the streets, looking for her fellow Kindred who would walk with her into a potentially dangerous situation.

The frown did not go away.

Arnold Culler had been at the Avalon since he'd awoke that night. He was tense, and it showed in barked commands to the Club employees, impatient scrutinization of their work, and an especially difficult evening for his ghoul.

Arnold had the top floor set aside for the large party that had inquired about the evening. The reasoning was that the guests could mingle above, and simply migrate downstairs to the dance floor if they wished. He'd dedicated a number of his cocktail waitresses to seeing to the party's needs.

He had no reason to expect that the guests of this party would be any trouble. However, with Asa meeting with the Willworker representative, Arnold didn't want to leave anything to chance. He had set Gary to the task of overseeing the upstairs party, with orders to inform him of any disturbance. He simply wouldn't have anything get out of hand.

Arnold spots West on one of his slow circuits, noticing the man's unique lapel pin. He watches him move through the room, even as he scans it for signs of his Deputy or the Prince.

An attractive man with gelled brown hair, tattooed arms, and a friendly face walks up to Donan.

"Hi." he says "I'm Gary. I'm supposed to make sure you've got everything you need. That everything is going alright. Do you need anything from the club?"

Circe arrives early, dressed in a black jacket and skirt combination with white blouse, black heels and her typical silver jewelry. Her hair is worn braided on this occasion, falling to the middle of her back. Her nails and lipstick are dark red. She brings with her a thick briefcase.

Knowing she is going to be meeting willworkers, Circe activates Arcane Sight and takes some time to study the area around the Avalon for any sign of mystical effects. Seeing Twist, she then goes to her. "Greetings, Archon Twist," she says.

Beverely smiles and nods at Animus. "I'm looking forward to meeting other local Willworkers, thanks, I hope you enjoy yourself too."

She gives Gary another smile. "Thanks. We're allowed to use the dance floor, and the bar downstairs for drinks? Oh, and will we have access to the private rooms?"

[Sherrinford]

Jordan quietly entered the Avalon and asked his way to the Glade party. His suit was charcoal grey, with a pale blue shirt and a light blue and silver necktie...reasonably presentable, he hoped. This was the first event he had heard of that was focused on bringing mages together, and he looked forward to it. He had engaged his shielding and the Sybil's sight. Never knew what the Sybil had to offer.

But it took none of his sorcerous sight to spot Beverely. He made his way over to say hello.

"Hi, could anyone point me at the hostess?"

Tam arrives wearing navy slacks and an ivory blouse. Her low heeled boots are fashionable, but showing signs of age. She makes her way the second floor and looks around for anyone she recognizes.
