Well getting out of this situation probably would be pretty hard, and mark him as a coward who would save his own skin before anything else. which wasn't really a good thing around here.

the tall noss fades out of sight and walked away from the door of the pub and towards the alley the van had drove into, blocking their access, they where going to need to get over that van to get to the hunters.

Brandon can see that the van is about ten yards into the alleyway at the moment he looked, although it is driving away from him at some speed. Apparently the driver is fairly confident.

Yes. The van is going toward the Hunters in the alleyway, and is effectively blocking your way past with its positioning. To get past (if you can catch it) is Dex+Ath-5.

Isaac wasn't sure what the car was doing--if it was trying to help the hunters, or run them down--but it was in his way. He ran and tried to slip around its side, but couldn't manage to get past.

Isaac's fall is not just enough to send him crunching to a halt. He smashes his head against the ground as he does with a meaty thud.

Isaac takes one more Bashing for the dramatic failure and wraps around to 1L6B. He is prone and requires an Instant Action to stand up.

Charlotte wasn't a combatant. She found violence distateful, physical exertion unpleasent, and had never been much good at either anyway. And while she had - reluctantly - taught herself some basic firearms skills, she hadn't managed to procure one for herself since moving to Sacramento. It didn't seem like a high priority at the time.

It's not cowardice. It's practicality. Charlotte thought, urgently tapping into her Disciplines. Despite the crowd around her, she felt the Cloak of Night forming around her, protecting her from view. Trax was unlikely to be any safer than outside - the two Kine within could easily be hostile as well. No, she would do what she was best at; watch, wait, and plan. Moving slowly, so as not to break her Cloak, Charlotte moved towards the alley, to keep an eye on the van. She only needed one look at the liscence plate, or any other identifying features, and her eidetic memory would take care of the rest.

Despite the multiple observers, Charlotte does indeed fade from everyone's view. As she gets to the corner, she sees the tail end of Isaac getting splorched between the van and the wall. He tumbles to the ground before her in the worst of awkward angles, smacking his head. It's dark, but her heightened senses aren't concerned - nightvision is part of the Mekhet's toolkit and she knows it.

Charlotte, please roll Perception -1 for the car's distance to accurately catch the license plate. One success is required to see it and remember it.
