Jaeger left the SAC's office, closing the door behind him carefully and letting out a breath of relief. He was glad for some field work, something to keep his mind busy and away from ideas of conspiracies. It didn't sound dangerous at all either, though who knew how far the creeps that were dumping in Folsom were willing to go to save a buck.

He proceeded back to the elevator, riding it to the floor where his desk was located. He didn't mind the inconvenience of having to go between floors to talk to the SAC. After all it meant that their boss wasn't always looking over their shoulder. Yet even so he knew the man had an inexplicable knowledge of what happened within the walls of DHS: Geo. All the same the distance gave him peace of mind. He settled himself back into his seat, setting the folder down in front of him and loosening his tie. Even though the case was fairly straightforward he was interested what sort of information had already been collected and how DHS had been tipped off in the first place.

He read through the details thoroughly to see if anything relevant stuck out in his mind. It was clear whatever was going on the result was unanimously an environmental problem. Evidence was what he needed. Once he had finished reading the report he typed into the company computer to pull up directions to the lake, a map of the area, and a list of industrial companies and the like that would likely produce chemical waste. Best to start with the obvious suspects first.
