A letter is delivered to all Invictus of standing in the city. The paper is heavy and it is sealed with the sign of the Invictus.

Esteemed Kindred of Sacramento,

I have faith that the evening finds you all well. It is my pleasure to inform you that a Guild for Combat Arts now exists within our city. With the formation of this Guild, Mister Conner Greyson, Reeve of Sacramento is recognized as Meister of Combat Arts.

At our next gathering we will celebrate this addition to our city and honor Meister Greyson.
