(1110) Matt and Daniella

She allows him to take her hand, a shy smile appears on her face at the gesture. She smirks at his question, “I certainly wouldn’t turn down an escort if you are offering.” She smiles and looks down at her costume, his compliment causing her cheeks to flush slightly; he was good at making her do that. Looking back at Matt, “Thank you! Very kind of you to say.” With a smile she takes in his costume, “Star Wars huh? I love the costume,” heck, she remembers when they first came out, it was quite the craze, “But the name of the character eludes me.” She looks a little embarrassed, but in her defense, it had been a while sense she saw the movies, “But you make it work, very handsome.”

Matt smiled at the compliment, it was nice of her to call him handsome even when he was showing off his inner nerd. "Luke Skywalker. I decided to go with the look from Return of the Jedi." Emily had been the one to suggest the costume and Matt figured that it was a way for her to help him come to terms with his own past. He understood that it was fitting, considering his own transition from kid looking for action and adventure to the person he was tonight. Frustration and pain had led to wisdom and hopefully the ability to come to terms with his nature and the ancestors, just hopefully not on a Death Star about to be blown up.

"My sister and the other two awesome people I work with decided to do a Star Wars theme tonight."

Daniellas face brightens as she begins to remember the movie, “Ok! I remember him now; he had the huge battle with Vader. Sorry, it has been quite a few years since I have seen them.” She had originally saw the movies as a good way to feed, but kinda enjoyed them after a while.

Her attention is turned to a young woman looking their way, who then waves. Daniella tries to place the face, but cannot, not sure who she is, Daniella offers a friendly smile, and turns her attention back to Matt.

“Really? What a fun idea! Especially if everyone agrees on a theme, but sounds like you have great group of coworkers. And your sister must really like you to agree to a theme,” she starting to regret the nylons, they were becoming uncomfortable, “Is there perhaps a Princess Leia in your group? I Only ask because she waved.” Her tone friendly but curious.

While Matt liked to think of himself as a gentleman, he was slightly distracted by the Daniella's costume and missed Emily's glance in their direction. When Daniella spoke up about the wave in their direction, the young Jedi looked over to at Emily and Alison, and the recently arrived Jimmy. The Alpha was glad to see that Emily had her boyfriend here, she needed to cut loose and have a good time. "It might seem ironic but Princess Leia is my sister Emily, since well Luke and Leia were brother and sister in the films." He grins and nods towards the rest of his group. "I should introduce you to everyone, come on over."

Hearing Matt say this was his sister, Emily, she glances over again, interesting she thinks. "I think the costume idea was great, and she makes a beautiful Princess Leia." she cannot help the look of surprise on her face when he mentions introducing her, and she wasn't sure what to say. It was a party, and she did enjoy meeting new people, so she tries to look confident and smiles, "Oh, sure! I would love to meet them!" looking back towards the group, she can't help but look a little nervous, which was new for her, as she was usually confident meeting new people, but she looks at Matt and nods with a smile.

Matt caught the look of uncertainty in Daniella's face and offered the woman a reassuring smile. "Is everything okay? It's nothing major, just that well any smart and attractive girl who says that a guy looks handsome in a Luke Skywalker costume and means it, is the kind of girl you that guy should introduce to his friends." Matt flashes that charismatic grin of his and playfully winks at the sexy brunette. "Honestly Daniella, you're sweet and smart and I think of you as a friend. I don't know what the future holds but I had a great time with you, the entire night from beginning to end."

The Elodoth looks towards the bar area. "We can get a drink or something else if you'd prefer."

She looks at him her smile soft, "Everything is great! Just caught me off guard, and being new to the city, I can get a little shy. But it's ok, I would love to meet new people, especially ones who sound as great as your friends." hearing his compliment, she gives him a flirtatious smile, "Well sense you put it that way, what are we waiting for?" if she looked uncertain before, it was gone, and she appeared eager. If she could walk into a new court with confidence around new Beasts, then meeting some Kine should be a breeze for her.

Matt took another glance at when his pack had been standing and noticed that Jimmy had arrived, making a quick Alpha decision he decides to let Emily have her moment with her boyfriend. He knew that his sister really needed to lose herself in the arms of someone, to escape her own nightmares and be reminded what we were fighting for. The Elodoth's glance falls upon the two wolves who were beginning to walk into the crowd, Half and Alison, and he knows that both of them really, really need to get laid ... errr ... have a good carefree night.

"Come on we'll grab my friends Tim and Alison, I can make the introductions." Matt smiled at Daniella, a real Dennis the Menace troublemaker's smile. "They might need Wingpersons to help them meet someone tonight, you up for assisting a Jedi in playing Cupid and doing something nice for a couple of great people?"

He grins at the beautiful Brunette, takes her right hand in his left and motions to his packmates Alison, Yog-Sothoth , and Half, Iblardora , to join him and Little Red Ridding Hood as he takes Daniella's hand, if allowed, and begins to slowly walk towards the two wolves, seeking to meet them halfway.

Daniella laughs at his grin, matching it with one of her own, her eyes sparkling, "I'd be happy to help! Never been a wingperson before, so it should be fun!" she allows him to take her hand and follows. She happy to get a chance to forget Kindred politics for a night and just be herself. With her free hand she will adjust her hood, making sure it was straight, always one concerned with making a good impression. If his friends were as great as he was, it should be a problem finding them someone, she looks at Matt and smiles to herself.

Alison grinned as Matt waived her over and as she left Emily and Jimmy to do their thing she steered herself over to Matt and his date. These two seemed a might less lovey than the two she just left and besides she hadn't meet Matt's girl yet and it sounded like fun givin' him shit over it.

"Rebel scum," Alison said with an amused smirk to her friend before continuing in a joking manner, "So if she's red riding-hood, does that make you a jedi woodcutter coming to save the day? If so I guess I'm the big bad Imperial Wolf, but don't worry I promise I'll behave for now."

She turned to Daniella and still grinning. "How ya doing? I'm Alison."
